How a hosted pop-up works

  1. Step 1:

    Tell us about your event

    Share your date, your space and a rough headcount below. We'll confirm the details by email.

  2. Step 2:

    Hold the date

    The $50 deposit is part of the $150 booking and holds your date. The remaining $100 is due before the crew arrives.

  3. Step 3:

    We set up

    Chains, welder and a stylist arrive with a jeweler's table that sets up in minutes. All we need is a table's worth of space.

  4. Step 4:

    Guests get welded

    Each guest picks a chain and is measured and welded on the spot, in about 10 to 15 minutes.

How does a permanent jewelry pop-up event work?

We set up a compact jeweler's table at your venue with chains, a welder and a stylist. Each guest picks a chain, we measure it to their wrist, ankle or neck, and close it with a tiny, painless weld. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes per person.

Who pays for the jewelry?

Guests choose and pay for their own pieces at standard prices (sterling silver from $75, 14k gold-filled from $85, welding included), unless the host decides to cover them.

What does it cost to book?

The $50 deposit is part of the $150 booking and holds your date. The remaining $100 is due before the crew arrives. Private events also have a group minimum spend that varies by event, and we'll walk you through it when you inquire.

How much space do you need?

About a table's worth. The setup is compact and self-contained, and the weld is a tiny contained spark with no open flame or smoke, so studios, showrooms, lounges and offices all work.

How many guests can you weld?

There's no minimum headcount. Each guest takes about 10 to 15 minutes, so plan roughly an hour for every four to six guests. Tell us your headcount and we'll suggest a window so nobody feels rushed.

Do you do corporate events and brand activations?

Yes. Permanent jewelry works well for office celebrations, client appreciation and brand events: it's fast per person, feels premium, and everyone leaves with something they'll actually wear. We've set up at a luxury car dealership alongside a wellness brand.

Do you do permanent jewelry for sororities?

Yes. We've welded at sorority Bid Day and Meet the Sisters events, and matching chains suit alumni weekends and formals too. Choose “Campus / sorority event” on the form.

Where do you travel?

Across Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County. If your area isn't listed, ask anyway; we usually say yes.
