Planning it
How a company event runs
Tell us roughly how many people want a piece and we'll suggest a window. Each guest takes about 10 to 15 minutes, so plan roughly an hour for every four to six people. For a bigger office, book a longer window and let people come by in small groups between meetings.
Decide who pays before the day. The company can cover every piece, or guests can choose and pay for their own. Tell us which when you book and we'll set the event up that way.
For a launch or an activation, we set up a station and weld as guests come through. The weld is quick to watch and easy to film, which gives everyone a matching “we were there” moment to share.

Hold the date
The $50 deposit is part of the $150 booking and holds your date. The remaining $100 is due before the crew arrives.
Step 3:
We set up
Chains, welder and a stylist arrive with a jeweler's table that sets up in minutes. All we need is a table's worth of space.
Step 4:
Guests get welded
Each guest picks a chain and is measured and welded on the spot, in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Yes. The host can cover every piece, or guests can pay for their own. Tell us which when you book and we'll set the event up that way.
